Who We Are

The ADHD Hub was founded by James and Orlagh, bringing together lived experience as both an adult with ADHD and a parent navigating childhood ADHD.

James grew up not understanding why certain things felt harder than they should have. At school he was capable and intelligent, yet struggled with organisation, focus and consistency. Without answers, those difficulties were often misinterpreted by others and by himself. It was only later in life that ADHD provided clarity to experiences that had never quite made sense.

Orlagh’s perspective comes from parenting a child with ADHD, navigating assessment pathways, school systems, and the daily reality of supporting a bright, capable child whose brain simply works differently. Alongside this is the experience of balancing work, advocacy, and family life while learning how to parent through an ADHD lens.

The ADHD Hub was created to bridge those experiences.

Our Approach

The ADHD Hub was created to bridge those experiences.

We exist to:

  • Provide structured, practical ADHD education

  • Support parents navigating school and home life

  • Offer guidance for adults who are discovering or managing ADHD

  • Deliver training and awareness for teachers and schools

  • Build a supportive community grounded in understanding

Our approach is rooted in lived experience, but guided by structure and strategy. We believe ADHD support should be clear, practical and sustainable, not overwhelming or clinical.

The ADHD Hub is built around connection, education and community so that no adult, parent or child has to navigate ADHD alone.
